Luken Communications is changing the deck chairs on their Titanic of a company. The corporation that controls their networks is now Reach High Media. Networks include Retro, Rev'n, Action, Heartland, and others. Most of these B networks won't serve Vegas until, or if, K12XL moves from Primm to Mt Henderson.
KGNG completed their move from digital 46 to digital 26. But how much was that expense? Looking on RabbitEars.info, KGNG stated that $288,000 was the estimated cost of staying FCC friendly with the Repack Process. That's not chump change. For comparison, KBLR switched earlier this year to digital rf channel 20 at an estimated cost of $1,752,000.
Will the last subscriber leaving Dish Network please turn off the satellite.
