WJTC has lit up 44.3 with Dabl. Looks like an OTA version of HGTV with reruns of Martha Stewart and Emeril.

Does anyone know why with the WSRE repack, that channels 23-2, 23-3 and 23-4 show the channel guide on TIVO on channel 11 rather than channel 24?

WSRE is on reduced power on their new channel and hopefully should be full strength by the 6th.

Speaking of PBS, I've reached out to APT and WSRE to see if either station will be participating in YouTubeTV's addition of PBS member stations. It's been pushed back to later this year since it appears many stations need more time to get ready.

I'm getting reports that WPMI has now been restored to DirecTV....can anyone confirm with them or UVerse?

I'd know, but AT&T is dead to me TV-wise since DirecTV got their walking papers months ago.

Also, APT confirmed they will be joining YTTV when they launch. No word yet from WSRE or if the APT feed will be the same as what they broadcast.

An update on WPAN....

Looks like they filed to be silent at the end of October with the FCC. Hopefully construction should happen soon on their post-repack facility (channel 21) that serves the entire market.

In one of their filings, they state their reason for going silent was a legal dispute with the owner of their current tower (Channel 40) in Gulf Breeze that necessitated them taking it off the air.

Hopefully they will go on the air by their repack date (Jan 2020), but their silent application requests 6 months in order to get their repack facility up and running.

Here's a link to the FCC filings to read for yourself....

WJTC will be moving to Channel 35 on January 17th. No word on WFGX, but it's probably close by in terms of time.

Also, YouTubeTV has lit up PBS streams. In Mobile, it's MPB and APT. No WSRE....yet.

And for those of you in Florida, you may only get APT and not MPB...depending on your Zip Code...

WFGX appears to be up and running on Channel 14.

WJTC is scheduled to move to Channel 35 sometime tomororrow. The station is advising viewers to rescan after 10am.

Aside from the fringe stations I can't get in West Mobile, WPAN, and a few other low-power stations (some new ones that haven't aired yet), the repack here should be wrapping up soon.
