Looks like some potentially monster news..

Best Buy now has a preorder up for "The Incredibles" (2004)in 4k. This would be the 1st Disney catalog title to come to the 4k format. Let the flood gates open 🔓

Heres what I wrote about MOTOE in the Justice League review thread:

If you guys want a real treat, get Murder On the Orient Express instead. This transfer beats Dunkirk its so beautiful and mesmerizing. So much color, detail, everything is pitch perfect. Blacks as dark as a murderer's soul. HDR is just lavish. Some of the snowy shots match Planet Earth 2's. The dark blue nights, oh so dreamy... Highly recommended!

All three or just the first one? I'd personally want a trilogy set if I was double dipping. Or I guess it's actually triple dipping at this point lol.

ha yes sorry I meant The Matrix. I just actually bought the Nakatomi Tower Die Hard set late last year, so I probably won't be double dipping on those movies any time soon. I bought that set mostly because it was the only way to get the unrated Die Hard 4 on Blu-ray, strangely enough. Also, as bad as Die Hard 5 is, don't watch the Director's Cut. They somehow managed to make it even worse than the theatrical cut. They cut out Mary Elizabeth Winstead entirely

Yeah I can watch The Last Jedi in HDR 10 on Vudu but not Lucy because it is only DV, Valerian is not offered in 4k on Vudu. I have a Samsung as well but use a Roku Ultra. Valerian and Lucy and The Last Jedi should be playing in HDR 10 on FandangoNow but they are not.

Ha. Nice, but I'll let you into a secret. Not many people realise, but you don't actually have to buy everything on the day it's released You can wait for reviews, decide which few small number of titles to buy, and then buy them in June, July or EVEN August!
Don't tell anyone though - reading the posts here it's clear no-one would believe you

Be aware that justice league has some grainy scenes. Maybe on purpose. It looks good but somewhat reserved in many shots. I like the look they have it though personally.

So like how it was on Batman vs Superman?
I liked that particular grainy look since it was meant to be a dark movie anyway!

Rented Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk and all I can say is it’s different. I Like the movie and 60fps is, well takes getting use to. Would like to see more films in this format but I don’t it would work with a movie with a lot of special effects? I could be wrong but maybe certain things could look fake? On another note received my copy of Justice league from Best Buy today and still have yet to view my copy of Thor Ragnarok.

Its pretty equal to BvS, but Id give the nod to BvS bc of how dark that movie is with inky blacks. You wont find much ink in Justice League even though theres some dark scenes here as well. I dont wanna use the world milky blacks but bats cape for example here is full of shadow details and not as black as BvS cuz of that grayness. Colors are reserved too and hdr not very prominent and no i didnt compare it with bluray cuz i dont care what that looks like.
