Unhappy Apple TV 4k - Near constant red flashing in Dolby Vision

I honestly had no idea which area of the forum I should post this in, so if it belongs somewhere else, let me know.

I just got a OLED C7P and have my first experiences with 4k! I've tried content on several different platforms and services, and I'm having a problem with Dolby Vision on my Apple TV 4k.

The flashing is a red type of flash. It's not like an overlay covering every pixel, but it can occur anywhere across the screen. It happens after I set the Apple TV to 4k. I do not have to be streaming anything. I first noticed it when streaming Stranger Things on Netflix. However, since that time, as I said, I've noticed even when just browsing the various apps/settings on the Apple TV.

What I've done:
  • I've tried multiple cables, all rated for 18 Gbps. One is a monoprice premium certified cable.
  • I've run the cable test through the Apple TV menu, and all cables tested fine.
  • I've played DV content through the built in LG apps, and there is no flashing in that content.

My setup: AppleTV 4k -> HDMI -> LG OLED65C7P -> HDMI via ARC -> Denon X4000

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any suggestions on how to fix it?
