Question Which one is displaying the 'correct HDR? Chrome or Madvr?

Hello, when I'm viewing HDR in Chrome it is very bright, I almost have to close my eyes when the whole screen is white.
But when viewing HDR in Potplayer + Madvr it isn't as bright as in Chrome. The contrast is a lot better tho when comparing to non HDR in Potplayer+Madvr.

I am a bit skeptical if Madvr is displaying the correct HDR since it isn't nearly as bright as Chrome, or maybe it shouldn't be 'that' bright and Madvr is actually correct?
The OSD for Madvr is Very bright tho and the monitors HDR logo comes up.

I also tried HDR with MPC-HC+Madvr, Movies & TV (win 10), Vlc and they all seem to display the same as Potplayer+Madvr.

So, which one is displaying the 'correct' HDR, Chrome or Madvr?

Couldn't link the OSD (on screen display) for Madvr since first post but can DM or something if anyone have any ideas.
Thanks in advance.
