Quick question, did you ever get to do a review of the V6 screen (mentioned in another thread)? I'm considering the V6 myself and would love to hear what you think about it. Thanks!

Looks like a great event took place!

Would love some feedback on the V6 as well! Thread @ AVS: https://www.avsforum.com/forum/23-scr...ve-screen.html, and / or on the products page(s): https://dreamscreen.no/collections/f...fit-all-system (EU) / https://www.screenacoustics.com/coll...fit-all-system (US).

It's too bad that you had this last weekend and not next weekend. I'll be down in the area next weekend for a football game. Would have loved to see what the Trinnov is capable of.

The screen was awesome! I don't have much feedback other than that however.

Lol agreed. By far the best AT material I've seen. Better than the v5 version and world's better than seymour's center stage materials (xd AND uf).

Thanks guys! I mean; our goal is really that the screen material is not to be SEEN other than the unfiltered reflection of the image produced by the projector that is (and surroundings unfortunately, but physics has a tendency of biting your ass if you try to bounce it, i.e. ALR and all that stuff, so - we´re in the liking of batcaves like this one...) - nor HEARD (...and as such, I guess the Alcons is a Combo Made in Heaven...), so your feedback is just what we want to hear!

I am very sorry for the delay folks. I have been very busy with getting the house back in order (not that it was bad), catching up at work (very busy) and life in general. I am a single. full time dad of 2 teenaged boys (1 autistic) with a large household (6 total + 2 big dogs, 1 cat and 1 parrot), a full time job (super busy) and dating (last leg but happy).

Thanks to all who attended. I had a great time, have a new found and extremely high respect for those other members who have hosted their own GTGs. I certainly had some missteps but everyone came together and made it all work out, what a great bunch here in DFW!

I really appreciate everyone who hauled their speakers over to share, what a great opportunity it was for so many enthusiast to enjoy such a diverse set of speakers.

I am also very grateful to those who brought wonderful food and drinks. (already mentioned in this thread, you know who you are)

For those who took pictures, please continue to share. I have some to post but admittedly was negligent in this area.

What a great event last weekend was and there was nothing but great feedback. DFW, let's please keep this going!

I really cannot thank enough of those who stepped up to make this event successful. I do wish to highlight a few without diminishing the efforts of others.

@Rythmik for bringing and unveiling such great products at this event. You are super for not only not causing any damage to my floors but for providing the chance to experience your magnificat subs during this event. I no doubt spent way too little time with you but only hope you were able to spread the word of what your subs can provide to the community.

@Mark Seaton Wow, just wow! You traveled so far, provided so so much info (including to myself), freely gave expertise. I have honestly, NEVER met anyone close to someone like you in this industry that, 1. yielded so much influence over where home theater should take/lead/provide us 2. exuberated the highest level if enthusiasm for this industry that only a few of AVS members do 3. overall, great/nice guy. You were simply a pleasure to have at this event and possibly saved me from making any further mistakes. Anyone who has Mark attend their 1st GTG (or any), just know he may be the reason everything works out. In addition, he took the level of my theater up a notch of anything reported so far in this thread. Who does that???? I guess Mark does, thank you sir!!! In addition, your F18 subs are a true gem at ANY price point!!!

Another shoutout to @Lygren for the very finest screen material with the Dreamscreen Ultraweave V6 material and wonderful diffusers. I was able to show others what possibilities exist in the AT market. Instead if a noticeable (at certain distances) weave, Dreamscreen ULTRAWEAVE V6 offers a vinyl like experience with no detriment to sound quality (as observed in these reviews from this event.) and improved contrast which minimizes "halo" effects with your patented "black" bonded material. For anyone that did not get a sample, I have much more material available.

A final thank you for Alcons Audio and Trinnov for their true advancements and ingenuity in this industry. The satisfaction and smiles from each attendee (including myself) would not be possible if you did not take the leaps above what was considered "industry standard."

The smiles from the participants alone make my theater worth every dime. Any and all complements have been that much appreciated. Thanks ALL!

For those who attended or missed the event and who wish for more time in my theater, please reach out to me and arrangements can be made.

Brandon, thanks again for hosting us! It was a really great time.

I can see the side/back of my head in the left seat in the top photo, and my back profile in the bottom photo

Oppo is above Chad's head. My head is on the leftmost edge of the photo. All you can really see is my ear

Just subscribed. In Carrollton (edge of Plano) and would love to join the next meet up. Just finished my media room with Dolby Atmos 5.2.4 Klipsch reference speakers and Sony 75xbr940e. Interested in getting into projectors and learning more about where to next take my obsession (and wallet)
