I resent that.

She's still the youngest artist to ever write, record, produce and perform a number 1 song. Girl got talent.

I love my iPhone, but it will never replace my turntable. I've never seen Titanic OR XXXXXXXXX. Alexa is a stripper name.

Lost In Your Eyes is definitely getting played! Haven't heard that one since the boys on one side, girls on another junior high dance.

Crazy. I shot the Berlin episode of "Bands Reunited", spent 3 days with her, and she was a t**t.

On another shoot with Joey McIntyre of NKOTB, we got to talking and the truth came out. He pulled out his cel phone and dialed her up. I'm still shocked she wasn't interested in going out with a guy on the other side of the country that she'd never met. Heartbroken.

LOL...just been crazy busy trying to get work wrapped up for the week as I am driving to Dallas tomorrow morning for Lonestar Audio Fest.

I actually just cracked open my box of records and immediately saw a few I might bring along including the anniversary pressing of Clapton's Slowhand.

The Parasound Halo is an integrated amp so it has the processor/amp/and phono preamp in one box. The Parasound JC3+ is a standalone phono preamp.
I'm guessing he runs it as TT - Parasound Halo - Salks.

Halo is their high end line.

From their site:
Halo by Parasound, our premier product line, marks a new standard for sound and style. Every Halo model has earned an unprecedented number of rave reviews from the top critics in the audio / video industry.

So I was curious if he was using a phono pre or the integrated.
Didnt want to assume.

I toyed with buying the set for the collectible side of it. Really haven't thought much about it since I saw I first saw it was coming out. I suppose I should look at what it even costs.

So we’ll mark the guy down that doesn’t have a turntable to bring a Pink Floyd vinyl box set, got it!

I have ordered several records from Discogs but never knew you could add your collection on the website. So guess what I've been doing the last 90 minutes...pretty cool. Thanks for the tip @Draden1

Attached is what I have. @thrillcat - forget about bringing PF - WYWH - I had forgotten I have a copy

And....no laughing

You’re welcome on the Discogs list, much easier for us to get one started on there than Thrillcat.

I was smiling in a nostalgic way while looking through your list. I would like to hear that Rebecca Pigeon album and Bobby Brown - Don’t Be Cruel. I absolutely love me some Bobby Brown, and New Edition for that matter. His breakout solo album has got some great tracks on it, Don’t Be Cruel, Every Little Step, Roni, Rock Wit’cha, and of course My Prerogative!

Well @thrillcat , I just increased the number of views on YouTube for your girlfriend’s song Lost In Your Eyes by one, it will not be two. I honestly hadn’t heard that song since the late 80’s, gotta love those videos!

Now, now. He just needs to do BOTH.

If you have any doubts about just how much Atmos opens the soundfield grab a copy of that demo disc BradS has where it switches mid-track between 7.1/Atmos. Even the mighty Savoy is going to see a very noticeable benefit.
