Epson 3700 in Living Room

I currently have a Sony X65900F in the living room and a Epson 3700 in the bedroom projecting on a wall. We are moving to a bigger apartment unit soon and I was wondering if the Epson would work in the living room for the new apartment. The wall color is like a very light beige I think. It looks like the Epson outputs 3000 lumens. I am attaching a picture that I took when I first tested the projector in the living room in our current apartment. I am also attaching a picture of the layout we will have for the living room, which will be identical in the new place. I think I can control sunlight with some curtains but just need to figure out a way to hang them without drilling too many holes. Thoughts? Will I need to buy a screen? Are they lightweight enough to hang with minimal screws?
