Standby Fault - Panasonic Quintrix - TX-28MK1

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction!
Obtained a Panasonic Quintrix TV, it worked absolutely fine a minute before. I adjusted either the H Amp or V Amp in the Service menu as advised but now the TV simply won't turn on. The power light turns on, pressing channel button, it tries to turn on then it goes back into Standby. The tube sounds like its being charged.

I assume this is caused by me dicking around in the service menu but I did only change them to match the list below as advised by the previous owner:

H-Pos=051
V-Pos=001
H-Amp=62
V-Amp=73

Is there a way of resetting the values? Or will replacing the board with the EEPROM work? If changing the values has caused the issue, what damage can this cause and is it repairable?
