Hello everyone,

I just bought a house and I am looking to install a projector in the front room of the house.

It will be exposed to some light from the kitchen but nothing bright.

It will be used for gaming and watching TV and Movies and I have a a budget of $3k USD or less.

The room is 12W' x 8H' x 19'L and I am looking for the maximum size at the best clarity 130" or so. The Projector can be mounted anywhere with in the 19ft on the ceiling.

I took some pictures of the room to give you a better idea.

Its my first post so if I am missing something let me know.

Thanks

Epson 5020, Panasonic 8000 if you can control the ambient light, or you intend to be watching mostly at night.

If not, I would save the money and get the Panasonic AR100U.

Heh, those where the two I where kicking around for the last two weeks. Any pros and cons I should know about the two? I read that the Epson was a kind of noisy but it also has better Blacks then the Panasonic.
