Turned our projector on and door opened and startup began but lamp didn't light up and warning light and lamp replacement light came on.
Purchased a new genuine lamp and changed it in machine. But same thing still happens.

Any suggestions? Is there a reset procedure using buttons on unit that can override? Filters have all been cleaned.

Are you the original projector owner? Are you sure it's a OEM lamp assembly not just an OEM bulb?

Try reseating the lamp assembly, take it out and reinstall.
