nutdotnet : Not sure if you have a screen already or a planned one, but I know that many (including my cheapo Elite) automatic drop screens can be set to stop anywhere within a given range. So for instance mine has a range of about 6" or 7" so if I plan for the middle of that, there should be plenty of room for some human error.

aasoror : Was planning on not explaining just for the sake of keeping the thread on topic and avoiding any debate. It's for health reasons and trying to avoid rf/emf etc as much as possible (impossible to avoid completely I know).
