Use the highest gain you can get. Mine is Da-lite gain 2.4. Some examples https://www.legrandav.com/en/product...een%20Surfaces

I have not yet. Tried dialing in myself thus far...

Hi All, I've been eyeing this for a while. I managed to see one in person and thought it looked decent enough and I do appreciate the portability enough to live with the imperfect black levels.

Then I noticed the HU80KS which looks identical except the lumens dropped 500 to 2000 (someone said they went from imaginary lumens to ansi lumens, but Idk) and more importantly the listed contrast went from 150k:1 to 500k:1. I don't put a lot of stock in the number, but it does suggest the new model was made to address contrast issues. Has anyone tried the KS model and have any thoughts?
