BenQ W6000 cleaning? (and noise reduction)

Any tips/guide on how to clean my BenQ W600?
Picture is good, but i think there's a lot of dust in there, and fan are sometimes making noise like it hits a wire or something.

I am normally OK with opening electronics for cleaning, but I am a bit afraid of breaking things like the color wheel and the DLP processor.

First and most important "DON'T EVER BLOW ANY KIND OF COMPRESSED AIR INTO PROJECTOR !!!!!" as this will most likely push dust into the optics. Disassemble as much as you feel comfortable with and use a vacuum and brush but also caution as a vacuum will generate static. A humid environment will help with most of the static.
