White screen in a white room will negatively impact picture quality. If you can't or won't change the room conditions I would not buy a white screen. I would go with a gray/ALR screen.
What is your budget, throw distance ,distance from screen to rows, how many rows and what will be the angle/axis of the rows to the screen? You will get more for your money if you go with a fixed frame screen. Have you considered a painted wall screen?
