Need help on projector currently have a Epson 1080ub

Hello all I currently I own Epson 1080ub and in the market for a great upgrade from what I have now.. Mine is a little outdated and really not sure what would be best..

Looking for a 4k 3D projector really like my Epson projector and had great luck with it.. Any good recommendations on what to get.. I'm just worried if I upgrade I wouldn't notice a different I have a 100in fixed screen right now.

What are the suggestions? Thanks guys in advance.

You did't mention budget. The Epson refurbished 5040ub is the best bang for you buck. From lowest to highest the Epson 3200/3800, 4010 and 5050ub are 1080p 2x eshift projectors with 1/2 4K resolution. Describing your room, viewing environment and content would help a lot with a better suggestion. One of the many XPR DLP's might even be a better option with 1080p 4x shift for full 4K. True 4K is out of the $3K range of this forum.

What is the seating distance?

Color of walls?

Screen fabric?

Any games?

Regular use? Sports, 3D, movies, TV, etc?
Budget?

Sorry about that guys... Mostly watch movies and little bit of games..my room size is 21x14 seating distance is about 8 feet from screen in front row and 2nd row is about 14 feet away.. Also would I notice a huge jump from what I have now?
Whats everyone thoughts on the Epson 6050ub?
I just want to make sure I would notice a huge difference.
Thanks again everyone

If it's a truly dedicated light controlled theater (no white reflective surfaces) for the kind of money the 6050ub costs I would be looking at a JVC NX5 true 4K projector. If that's your budget your also in the wrong forum.
