Benq ht1075 bulb exploded

Well I had an overdue lamp over 5500hrs, it exploded today. I noticed that there is a crack in the glass piece where the lamp pointing to, is the projector totaled?

I guess that's normal? Color wheel?

Can't tell if the color wheel is damaged from the picture.

If you can't tell either get it out and check.

Mine W2000 bulb exploded last month with only 2XXX hours on it. Upon close inspection, found small pieces of glasses in the compartment and a hole on the bulb itself. Vacuum and shake, shake and vacuum until I don't hear any glass falling noise, installed a new factory bulb and its work fine since then.

Make sure, that the bulb fan(in the center) does not have anything in it.
Don't blow compressor air in it(125PSI). It will disintegrate. Don't ask me how do I know.
