Screen choice opinions

New to the world of PJ. Got an Epson 3800 and would like some opinions on screens. I have read all the old threads possible but still not sold on a plan.

Mixed lighting living room, use mostly at night, but also for sports and some other. It will be placed in front of a big window. I would like to have a roll down (or some other option) so when it is not in use the windows will not be covered.

Size will be 120" or less due to the throw limits on the PJ.

I would prefer AT, though unable to spend hundreds of dollars to do so.

Thoughts? Thank you!

The Screens section would be the better place for this question: https://www.avsforum.com/forum/23-screens/
