Making Forced subtitles

Im sorry if Im using the wrong thread for this question but I couldnt find anything that might be correct.

I have all my BDs ripped yet I have one in English but there are no forced subtitles when the germans speak. Is there a way to make or add the forced subtitles please?
I downloaded the English ones but they are on the screen all the time, I jsut want forced only.

Thanks in advance...

You might have to rip it again. If you use MakeMKV you can select which subtitles to include when you rip the BD.
