I would wager it is just down to them concentrating on adding the raft of improvements to the other two models that have been out for years, before doing the 870 which already has the majority of what is being added.

Hi I dont have much knowledge in cameras and lenses etc and im sure its a silly question but where is the Iris located in the projector ? Is it in the Arc F lens or elsewhere ?

I believe it is in the middle section of the lens (about half way down it).

Same with the other lenses.
