And the only preventative medication is budget. I know what you mean. I'm perfectly happy with my PJ, speakers and subs, but if I had a spare $100K I'm replace everything with JBL Synthesis gear, at least four Seaton subs, and a Sony ES PJ along with blowing up the room and pre-engineering it as much as possible. The fact that it would be overkill in 2700 cubic feet is besides the point. LOL.

I will be there as well. I've got my own hotel complete with wife, dogs, horses, 40 acres, and Home Theater. Demos by reservation only. Liability waiver required to ride horses.

I will drive up to The Colorado Convention Center. The only hassle is parking.

RMAF volunteer the week prior to CEDIA. Busy month.

I will be stopping in this year as well, maybe for a day to see what's new and improved. Like many have said, its a busy month. Last time, unlike a couple of you, I walked away with "only" spending 13.5k in 2017! So, hopefully this time I can get out without spending too much.

I will be there of course. Display Technologies are lucky enough to be supporting Barco Residential with numerous of our screens and mounting brackets.

We are also working on something never before seen for the interior of the cinema! Hopefully it will be an experience that people won’t forget.

Ted,

Long time.

I bet OKC Thunder tickets are cheap since they gutted the team.

For people with a Trinnov and extra channels available.

If you want SUPER Hippopotamus drop from Atmos, you can copy the exsiting Atmos channels to 18" subwoffers that you install into the ceiling! Just make sure you set high pass filters on the primary Atmos ceiling speakers and low pass filters on the copied Subwoofer atmos channels.

Nigel, it was great meeting you last year and spending some time with you!

The latest word is that JVC will NOT be releasing any new models this year due to the delay and needing to iron out the initial launch bugs and glitches with respect to the new NX/RS lamp-based range, so the indication is that the launch of the new JVC NX/RS 2160P Laser has been post-poned until next year (2020). I hope this is marketing subterfuge and JVC will surprise us all, but that's the latest info coming from JVC...
