No sound in SUR. Height at Dolby Atmos!

Hi every one,
Please can any one explain whats going on with my setup.
I will let the pictures talk instead of me:

My Setup is:

Xbox one x to Denon X4400H, with fiber optic hdmi.

Here is my 11.2 speakers setup (9.1 + 2 SUR. HEIGHT Powered from external AVR)

Sorry for the up side down!!

Here is my setting in XBOX:

When i used multi ch in the receiver:

I am able to use all the speakers and all of them are active:

When i use dolby atmos:

The sur. hight are not active:

Even if i use a dolby atmos ready movies in Netflix, the sur. hight are not active.

I noticed that when i am changing the xbox audio format from bitstream to dolby surround or dts, i am able to run all the speakers which i chose Dolby X.

Is this something related to XBOX or Nitflix?

I also tried the atmos demo and i got the same result, the sur. hight are not active, unless i chose multi ch or dolby X.

Any advice please.

Surr. height is not a Atmos appproved designation. Auro 3D only( DTS can also use it).

Change it to rear height, and all three formats will use it.

And also set all your speakers to small. Crossover setting will depend on your speakers.

Setting your speakers to small send frequencies below the crossover setting to your subwoofer. If you leave them at large, your speakers will play full band. The subwoofer will play the low frequencies much more efficiently than your speakers.

Small = subwoofer on
Large = no subwoofer
