Dynaudio Music Wireless Whole-Home Audio System Debuts in North America

Dynaudio is well known for its high-end hi-fi speakers, a portfolio that has now expanded to include its first-ever wireless, whole-home audio system. Dubbed Dynaudio Music, the system is now available in North America after its initial release in Europe earlier this year.

Scott: Been a Dynaudio fan for many years, units are well made with excellent use of the very musical Dynaudio Drivers, so far its my favorite portable system. I have the Music Three System and couldn't be happier with the quality of sound, and easy of use. My only disappointment is it comes with Tidal free for 90 Days, and so far that has been a royal pain to try to activate and it would be nice since it is a higher end system that it would come with the better streaming, but that is a Tidal issue, not a Dynaudio one. Here are a few pictures of the unit, I purchased a few months ago. What would be a very cool feature if you could hook up a USB Hardrive to it and stream directly from that. So far the App is pretty cool, and the sound quality is stellar, the only thing that comes close is a Harmon Kardon Onyx Studio 3 I have which has more bass, but not nearly as musical as this unit.

Don’t look now, but the Emotiva designer must have a brother.

Is the Music 7 something that I could legitimately use to replace a decent 2 channel system in our master bedroom?

Right now I'm using a pair of Polk Audio LSi9 (with upgraded crossovers) with a Martin Logan Dynamo 700 subwoofer, an Anthem MRX-300 receiver with ARC working as a 2 channel room correction preamp/DAC and an Anthem PVA-7 passively bi-amping the Polks.

My wife is putting pressure on me to downsize the bedroom system, and I'm looking for something that I'll be reasonably happy with. I get where she's coming from, getting rid of the receiver, the amp, the speakers and the speaker stands for something like this would look a lot better.

We mostly watch TV in the bedroom, but I do listen to music in there as well so I figured this might be better than a typicaly soundbar for music?

Main System: Vizio P70 4K TV. Selah Vigore Speakers. KEF Q100 Rear L/R, Mirage BPS 400 LFE Sub. (2x)Rythmik FM8 Subs. Denon AVR-X4500H Receiver. Lyngdorf TDAI-3400 Integrated (2 channel). Oppo BDP-103. Zappiti Mini 4K HDR. GIK 242 Panels, Tri Traps, Monster Bass Trap. Various Vicoustic Desktop: Dynaudio BM6A mkII. Paradigm SUB10 w/ PBK. Cambridge DACMagic+ DAC. GIK 242 Panels, Monster Bass Trap Master Bedroom: Vizio M55 4K HDR. BG Radia In-Wall/Ceiling Speakers (5.2.2). NAD T758v3 Receiver

Also, is there an output that can be used with a subwoofer?

Been through that.... Your best bet is to use a 7 if you don't mind not having a sub. I have the 3 and love the portability of it, the 5 and 7 add a Toslink input and also with the 7 you get HDMI... Right now since most of the TV's are coming with Bluetooth capability you can just slap some headphones on. I usually do this when she sleeps as I am the night owl. In my bedroom setup I use a Vizio Sound bar with a wireless sub, and a set of bluetooth head phones. But I could see the 7 under a TV for very good quality sound.
