Polk are notoriously power hungry speakers. That AVR will drive your speakers, but is the lowest model Yamaha so you it may run out of gas if you like to crank it up some. The sub (not sure if you have 1 or 2) is pretty decent for HT use, but leaves room for improvement musically. That said, the sub(s) aren't an immediate area of concern. Upgrading the center as advised would be a good start. The LSIM 704 will be a significant improvement over the CS10 by far.
In the meantime here are some basic setup improvements you can make if you haven't done so already.
1) Sub placement. Look up subwoofer crawl on youtube.
2) Make sure your speakers (at least the fronts) are away from the back and side walls. The more space you can give them the better.
3) Run YPAO
4) After calibration set all speakers to small (this will buy you a little more headroom) in the AVR menu with an 80hz crossover to start. You can experiment with a higher or lower crossover, but don't set it lower than the default setting.
