x2 3.5mm jack speakers and subwoofer setup

2 Attachment(s)
Basically I have 2 portable speakers which you can only plug a 3.5mm jack in it. I also have a subwoofer. What can I use to have one speaker play right and the other left? I have looked up on amazon and found this:
Will this work if I use rca to jack for each speaker by connecting one speaker to two rca left and the other to the remaining rca Right?

What brand+model of speaker do you have? What audio source(s) or component(s) are you trying to connect them to?

I have a JBL flip 3 and a UE boom. I want to connect my phone to them but have them sound as separate R and L channels for each speaker. I am so lost there's nothing on the internet that helps.

Understood. You want to split the stereo signal from your phone's headphone jack to L and R signals, one to each speaker. But each speaker's 3.5mm jack is a stereo input.

IMO what you want is a combination of:
- 1 x cable with one male-3.5mm-stereo connector on one end and two male-3.5mm-mono connectors on the other end (example); and
- 2 x female-3.5mm-mono-to-male-3.5mm-stereo adapters (example).

A stereo 3.5mm jack to two male mono will divide to left and right?

Yes. That's the purpose of a splitter (whether it's a cable or an adapter).

So, just to clarify:
The splitter cable will split stereo audio from your phone to L-channel mono audio on one branch of the split and R-channel mono audio on the other branch of the split.

The adapters you add to the end of each branch will turn the mono audio in each branch to stereo (actually just "dual mono") audio.

Plug one branch+adapter into one speaker, and the other branch+adapter into the other speaker. You should get only L-channel audio from one speaker and only R-channel audio from the other speaker.

Get another UE Boom speaker and use the UE Boom app to play them in stereo.
