automatic audio switcher

Hello guys and gals,

Is there any audio switching device that out there that is automatic. What I mean by automatic is that it will have preferred audio sources that it defaults to if sound is coming from there. So lets say that are two audio ports "1" and "2". So if sound is coming from both "1" and "2" it defaults to "1" because that is preferred. If sound is only coming form "2" and not from "1" then it defaults to "2".

I really would like this because it would allow me to use a speakers I have for multiple applications. I know they have ones with the remote but I don't want to have to press a button every time.

Thanks abunch...

Check this out:

It’s a 50 wpc amp that has dual rca inputs. So normally it defaults to input 2, but if it detects an signal in input 1, it’ll switch to that. I have one of these. It’s pretty useful. It also has rca outs to link multiple units or other stuff.

I’m sure there are more quality examples out there.

Leave it at 8 ohms and call it a day :)
