Need quick advise. Klipsch THX U2 set worth it?

I haven't kept up with the latest HT speakers in several years so I really don't know what's out there these days. I've always been a Klipsch fan though.

Long story short:
- I'm building a dedicated HT (with 4 ceiling Atmos) in the net 6-9 months
- I have the chance to get a full set of mint Klipsch THX Ultra2 speakers for $4k including:
Three KL-650-THX LCRs - 2 fronts , 1 center
Two KL-525-THX LCRs - 2 rear speakers
Two KS-525-THX surrounds - 2 surrounds
Two KW-120-THX subwoofers - 2 subs
KA-1000-THX subwoofer amplifier

Last I checked (easily 10 years ago), these were the ultimate HT set. What's the thought on them today?

Is there something better for that price range? Should I jump on this?

I'm trying to avoid buyer's remorse. But if there's something way better for close to the same price +/- $2k I'd rather just wait.

Let me know what you all think. I appreciate it!

I think that’s a pretty great deal considering the subs cost $1000 each, and the amplifier is almost $2000 so that’s already worth it.

If you have the room for it, I say yes. THX Ultra2 Ratings aren’t just given out to anything, so they will get loud and sound great loud while in your room.

Leave it at 8 ohms and call it a day :)
