14/4 vs 10/2 speaker wire

Building 7.1.4 home theater. The rack with amplifiers will be in another room, so there will probably be 80 foot runs between amplifier and speakers. The speakers are 4 ohm (M&K 150), amp is 200W/ch.

Should I use 14ga/4 conductor speaker wire (2 wires go to each binding post which makes it effectively 11ga)? Or 10ga / 2 conductor wire ? Or something else ?

Probably looking at something like Straight Wire which is mid-grade quality wire. These are made in USA and are actually 99.99% copper unlike the offshore produced stuff that claims to be this pure but is not, and the individual strands are thicker than say Monoprice resulting in less signal loss.

80' in 10 gauge is already overkill for something drawing less than 1000 watts.
