Interesting comment coming from a Polk owner. Maybe you aren't familiar with their history? This Legend Series could be a culmination of the old mixed with the new, which is what many die-hard Polk fans have been hoping for. https://polksda.com/srsreview.shtml

Damn....I totally forgot about the SRT line!

I used to sell home theater from 97-2002 and that SRT stuff was pretty impressive.

😎It's just life, dude. We are all gonna die sometime--Might as well try and have a kickass time while we're still here.😜

Apparently they're just showing the flagship of the line they already showed. I thought the LSIM 703 were extremely good speakers, all they needed was a better tweeter and I don't think much under 2k would beat them. I'm not excited about the new line, it looks like the signature series with fancier cabinets.

I guess.

Nobody would call the RTiA or TSi series legendary.

Solid speakers in their price ranges but not "legendary."

The “live” intro at 3:30 from RMAF will still go on and you’ll get a good look at the new L800s.

Was there ever a reason to cancel live event?

Again, awesome job by Polk Audio! In the face of seemingly dwindling audiophile market they had the courage and talent to come up with their new flagship. Can't wait to hear SDA in person. Now I'm sorry that I've missed RMAF, but having event live stream is great!

Look like a great choice for a wide large room.

Wouldn't work at all in my medium sized narrow room with my speakers on the short wall and the first reflection point just 3 feet away on each side.

Don't count them out... give them a listen when available. I'm sure you'll be surprised.

I have the SRS SDA's at rather close proximity to the side walls and they work very very well.
