Maybe try some Micca’s or something with a whacky frequency response to match them?

Low end Monitor Audio?

Of course best case scenario would be 705’s but I’m guessing the reason you’re asking is because they’re too pricy for surround duty?

Leave it at 8 ohms and call it a day :)

That's pretty condescending.

He could try Wilson Audio’s, but again, no idea what the OP wants so why not throw a bunch of brands out at different price points?

I think 705S2 or 706S2 would both be equally fine in your situation for surround speakers and be really a perfect match. The main difference with 705S2 vs 706S2 is the decouped tweeter which helps on sound staging but for rear speakers I don't think this matters so much. So I'd probably go with 706S2. A compromise would be 707S2. I have 4 706S2's in my room mounted up high for Atmos speakers.

I'd grab a couple of 707S2, as they are just rear surround speakers and are the cheapest 700 series.

I plan on using my gloss black M1's as height speakers in a 5.1.4 system.

Denon X3200W
Bower & Wilkins HTM72 Centre, M1 & PV1 Sub
Samsung 2014 75 inch and Samsung 2018 NU8000 82 inch 4K
QED Speaker Cables and HDMI

I recommend 707s2. I test A/B switch 706s2 and 707s2 small difference, without sub there its little bit more body 706s2, but with sub and 80hz crossover, difference its even less.
