If you ever need drivers or tweeters they are the same except for color to the HiVi ones at PE
Thanks for the info on the HiVi was wondering what would be a good substitute if the originals go out.

Didnt realise how tough it would be to find a pair of grilles, will have a crack at making them using the kit from PE.

Thanks again

Any change there are replacement woofers still available from china? I know the hivi m5n is the same except color, but I would rather not have 0ne mismatched cone in the speakers...

Does anyone have a 5.25” driver for the RS850 available to sell? Or, does anyone know a suitable replacement? I am getting static from just my top 5.25” driver in only one of the speakers.

Your not going to find the exact driver unless someone parts out a speaker at this point

you are going to want to pick up the HiVi M5N from PE
This is what av123 basically copied without the mag shielding and the cone color
the drivers in the 750/850/1000's use the MxN series
Tweeters are Tymphany XT25TG30-04

I'm in the same boat here. I have a bigfoot rsc-200 modded with skiing ninja's top of the line crossover upgrade and love the thing to death. Unfortunately, I have to replace it with a smaller center that has to fit in the following size space: 8.5'' high, 20.5'' wide, and 10.5'' deep.

I have a pair of Rocket 750s I'm still using in 2.0 at this point while I hunt for a new center speaker.

I don't want to look around for a used RS250 at this point since I don't think getting an identical speaker from the same brand is necessary. However, I would like to get something with a similar style tweeter that might blend well with the sonic signature of the 750 towers. What would you all recommend looking for to replace my beloved bigfoot within the space requirements above?

Going against my own advice, I'm actually looking at 3 way and 2 way styles that have different tweeters. This is my current short list "to purchase and try" in a shootout right now:
  1. Emotiva C1+ (3-way)
  2. Chane A2.4
  3. Infinity RC252
