Does anyone have any experience with an ONKYO network problem like this. If there is not enough info here I will be glad to pull more out of it if you can show me how.

The company is sending me a box, packaging, and a return label to return it for repairs at no charge. I realize this is rather dated however, as mentioned, Onkyo will honor a one time out of warranty fix for the "HDMI Board Problem"
I was able to get mine fixed fairly locally at Onkyo's expense and is still going strong! I wish all the best to all you 807 owners.
PS if you love the Onkyo camp and considering an upgrade from the 807, I went with A4L, they have stellar deals on s few Integra units, check 'em out!
PSS For the 807 "heat" issue, I use a lap top fan on top of my AVR, a twin blade unit, this keeps the AVR nice and cool! Search Thermaltake on Amazon
