What receivers will provide Airplay, 7.2 & Party Mode for HDMI?

I bought a Sony STR-DN1040 Receiver and Sony SANS500 Portable Wi-Fi Speaker System in order to use "Party Mode" to share inputs to another room.

Unfortunately the DN1040 does not enable HDMI inputs for party mode.  This means I can't share the audio from my TV or Chromecast throughout the house.. Annoying!

Is there a receiver that will actually allow this to work that costs less than $700?

Will the SANS500 (Airplay + DLNA) speaker work with other receivers?

The Denon E400 and higher models feature Airplay and an "All Zone Stereo" setting which will pass the same PCM 2.0 HDMI audio playing in the main zone to Zone 2, Airplay audio can also pass to Zone 2 as well. The X3000 and X4000 take it one step further and can also pass PCM 2.0 HDMI from an independent source to either the Zone 2 speaker posts or Zone 2 pre-outs while a different source is playing in the main zone.
