Need opinions bet. Denon x4200w and Marantz SR6010.

May I ask your opinion which of the 2 will serve me better?

I have a 5.1 setup right now (B&W CM8 S2 l/r, B&W CM center S2, B&W 601 S2 rear, 1 Klipsch
Synergy Sub-12) I also have another sub (the same model) that I could to add to my current setup.

The room is about 15'x 20' and will mostly be used to watch Bluray live concerts and movies. I am picking these 2 models in particular base on my budget and having Audessey MultiEQ XT32/ HDMI 2.0A/HDCP 2.2.

Also if I decide to maintain a 5.1 setup, can I use the other 2 channels to bi-amp my L/R speakers?

Thanks and I am also open for other suggestions.

Thanks,

Abelardo

FWIW, I like the Denon unit as it suits my needs, duel subs, so I will be going with that one.

Both models feature Audyssey Sub EQ HT (dual sub level/delay), however, the X4200W features an upgraded 32 bit DAC as well as 3 zone capability while the SR6010 features a full set of 7.1 EXT IN jacks if using a multi analog SACD player. Although with either model, using the passive "bi-amp" feature is possible when only using a 5.1 setup, doing so isn't likely to provide any benefit. Either model would be an excellent choice, so select the model that best meets your feature/input/output and budget requirements.

JDsmoothie, thanks for your response. Since I don't any analog source like SACD player would you think the Denon will better for my purpose of watch live concert performances and movies? Regarding bi-amping my L/R not getting any benifit since I have not done it before and based on what I have read I got the impression that it will drive the B&W CM8 (L/R) speaker better.
