Deion S910W vs X3200W

I am seeing everywhere that the Denon S910W is superb amp. Other than 15watts of power and $500 difference, how is it different than the Denon X3200? Is the X3200 that much better for twice the price?

Thanks for your help!!!

Probably the biggest thing for me would be the lack of pre-amp out for the S910W. This means that you won't have the ability to add power/expand later on. The jump from MultEQ to MultEQ XT isn't like going to XT 32. You'll get 4K at 60Hz with the X3200W, if that matters.

Denon AVR X7200WA, Emotiva XPR-5, Emotiva XPA-7, Sony XBR 85" X900F, Oppo UDP-203, Roku Ultra.
DefTech BP7000SC (L/R), CLR3000 (C), SM55 (FH), UIW BPZ/A (SB), UIW 75 (TM).
JBL L7 (Sur), EoSone RSR 350 (RH).
PC 2.1 setup. Emotiva Stealth 6, SVS SB16-Ultra sub, Emotiva DC-1 DAC.

Thanks for the reply.

I don't have any need for pre-amp out. My concern is if the audio/video quality are the same between the two amps??

(I currently have a Denon 4308 that I need to replace).

In addition to more features, the X3200W offers an extra year of warranty and the better version of Audyssey MultEQ XT, the same version of Audyssey on your 4308. The S910W would be a step down in audio quality.
