Yamaha RX-A750 vs RX-V679 - Is there a difference?

So, what's the difference, besides $50? The specs seem identical. Back panels appear identical too. I'm having a tough time figuring out what makes the Aventage version special aside from the rotary input dial.

They are identical except Aventage has three year warranty vs two on rx-v series and that rotary input dial.

So does the longer warranty perhaps suggest that it's made a bit better? I've always been very happy with the Aventage line, but then again the RX-Vxx models have always been pretty good to me too. Anyway, these are the two models I'm looking at for a new 3.1 setup with a powered Zone 2 to run some outdoor speakers.

"A" series made with better components as well as the extra year of warranty.
