Question Confusing on Denon X3200W vs x4200W purchase in my home theater.

I have media room 20' X 20' size. Recently I purchased Denon X3200W from Frys at very cheap price for $499. But I am also interested on x4200W model too.

Because of the budget constraints x3200w ($499) vs x4200w ($1200) it is huge difference for me. We are just regular movie watchers but want a good to excellent sound when we watch. I am planning to 5.1.2 (Atmos) with x3200w and also I want make a 7.1.2 (Atmos) for better sound.

All my question is for you, will I get excellent sound with 5.1.2 in my room Or you guys wants me to go for 7.1.2? It is just confusion.

I need your experience and thoughts here.

I have ProCinema 1000 Series from Definitive technologies.

Keep the X3200W and put the difference saved into replacing the Pro Center 1000 with a better quality center like the Def Tech CS-8040HD or CLR2002 and also adding another Def Tech ProSub 1000.
