Denon X6200w with Auro 3D upgrade question

Looking for specific feedback on the Auro 3D upgrade for the Denon X6200. I'm currently running a 7.2.4 Atmos, Dts X speaker setup with 4 in ceiling speakers. Following Dolby guidelines on placement and am very satisfied with the results.

Now Sony Entertainment has announced it will release select titles with Auro 3D immersive audio in the future. Since speaker placement changes is no longer an option and Auro 3D speaker layout being different, would upgrading to Auro be a waste of time and money? Does anyone have any firsthand experience with Auro running on an Atmos speaker layout? Any feedback is appreciated.

Most who have downloaded the Auro 3D update generally prefer it for music listening over either Dolby Surround or DTS Neural:X. More info discussed in the dedicated thread linked below:
