Voices/bass overpowering on PCM only

Not sure why this issue has come up in my setup.

Yamaha 867 receiver
Outlaw X-12 Sub
RBH R56ci center
RBH R55ti towers
Using Nvidia Shield for almost everything source wise

Looking for any tips to optimize. ANYTHING DTS/AC/AC3+ is fine. Sounds great. Whenever my source is PCM voices..especially male are overpowering and bass in general is too much. Listening to music is almost unbearable with too much bass....

I have tried resetting my receiver to factory defaults and rerunning YPAO which I know is disappointing in itself. I have the speakers setup as SMALL.

I will trying anything at this point.
