2.1 Amplifier Recommendations Under $2k Please!

Hello all,

I did a huge comparison thread awhile ago forum.com/forum/89-speakers/2233954-2-0-bookshelf-compared-wharfedale-philharmonic-chane-musichall-elac-energy-kef.html

And I settled on the Ascend Acoustics Sierra-2 with a Rythmik L12 and I love them! I'm using a NAD 326BEE to power them but curious if I'd get any benefit from upgrading to a better amplifier and then also what suggestions you all would have for a 2.1 amplifier.

I'm considering the Outlaw RR2160 http://www.outlawaudio.com/products/rr2160.html

But not sure what the options are! Ideally whatever I get will have a pre-out/main-in so I can high-pass my bookshelf's at 60/80 or have bass management built in like the Outlaw.

Budget is up to $2k but ideally below $1k, also does not need an integrated DAC or any features other than the subwoofer and pre/main connections.

Edit: I'm also not opposed to a pre-amp recommendation that I could feed to a power amp, I have a good lead on some mono powerblocks for my speakers.

following this post as well.... Just this past weekend I came across the Outlaw RR2160 and am considering it to power my 2.1 music-only setup in my front room....

could you keep the NAD and add a 2 channel power amp?

Vinyl, tape, digital... I don't care as long as I can listen to my music...

If anyone is still following this thread, Audiophile magazine has a published review of the RR2160 in their December 2017 issue: https://www.stereophile.com/content/...tereo-receiver
