Need cheap receiver for 2.1 Lossless playback

Hi guys, I have a pair of Polk Montitor 60 speakers that I want to give to my in-laws. They have a cheap 4K TV (non HDR) that I want to pair them up with, but no receiver. Please reccomend me the cheapest receiver that will do DTS Master/Dolby True HD and passthrough 4K video. Thanks !

That'd be any 5.1 entry-level receiver made in the past 3 years. e.g. Denon AVR-S510BT, AVR-S520BT or AVR-S530BT.
