Lightbulb Considering the Marantz 8012. Any other suggestions?

I've been offered what looks to me like a great deal on a Marantz 8012. The setup I want to drive is Keff r7 + r2 up front, 100s surround and an SVS pb-3000. In terms of future proofing, I can't see myself going beyond 5.2.2. I'm about 75/25 music / movies.

The r7s have a min impedance of 3.2 ohms; will the 8012 handle this ok?.
