Yamaha RX2600

I'm getting older and having trouble hearing the TV (mainly women). How do I adjust the speakers and the frequency so I get get surround sound and adjust the voices on my center speaker ?? Was thinking of selling it and buying something simpler but didn't realize how much these things have gone up in price. Driving a woofer and 5 NHT's.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions. I'm not up to speed on these things

Try going into the EQ menu for the center channel and boosting the 2 kHz filter a few dB.
