min. 7 channel amp with XLR inputs

I would like some recommendations on a min. 7 channel amp with XLR inputs preferred. I'm fine with used. My L/R are powered by a Rotel RMB-1090 and preamp is a 7705. Right now I'm looking at the outlaw 7000x but wouldn't mind a matching used Rotel. (I'm just not sure the model numbers that have xlr?) Any other suggestions?

In a perfect world, this would have a 100+ watt single channel (for my center) and the rest could be 40-60wpc for atmos/surround use and be sub $1000. (lower the better for WAF)

Till now, I've been using an old Onkyo AVR for all the surround duty. I may find a cheap AVR again. It worked fine. If i did go the cheap AVR route, what are some models that offer individual input?

If someone wants to offer me $1000 on the 1090, I'll go pick up that monolith instead! (I may cry some though if the 1090 departs)

And thanks for all you members do! I love stalking this forum.
