Upgrading from x4200w, what to get?

I am looking to upgrade from my x4200w to something that can process 11.2 channels.
Speakers are all 95db sensitivity, so I think most avr will power them okay. Already have a xpa3 on the LCR.
My only must haves are 11 channel processing, I would like dual 12v trigger but it is not a deal breaker. No Yamaha, I had issues with pre outs on a couple previous to my x4200w and do not want to chance it again.
In the budget end of things, is XT32 the best option? Something like the x3600h? Or is the Pioneer or Onkyo/Integra options just as good?
If I stick with D&M, is the x3600h the best option without springing for the higher priced x6500h model? The x4500h looks almost like a step down from the x3600h.

You are aware that the X3600 and X4500 both have only 9 onboard amps? You'd need to add at least an external stereo (2 channel) amp to get the 11 channels that they process. The X6500 has 11 onboard amps, so it'd be a one-box solution.

The X3600 is a 2019 model. The 4500 is a 2018 model, but it's still current (no 2019 replacement).

I'd probably go for the 3600, unless I required the few features of the 4500 that the 3600 lacks.

Are there any anthem models that do 11 channel processing that do not cost an arm and a leg? I’m not familiar with the brand, but if you have any suggestions on models I will definitely look in to them.

I have a xpa3 running the LCR so Im good with a model that only has 9 on board amps so long as I can choose which channels get the external. Im pretty sure both the 3600h and 4500h let you choose LR or surround for the external.
What features does the x4500h have besides a bit more power? They seemed very similar when I compared them.

MRX720 processes 11 channels, but only amps 7. There is no 9-channel config with Anthem, so you'd still need an external amp for the 4 Atmos channels. Could get pricey, you might want to stay with Denon, though arguably Anthem's ARC Genesis is superior to Audyssey, so there is that....

7.2.4 System: Display: Sony XBR-65X930D; Processing: Anthem AVM60
Mains:
Paradigm Prestige 85F and 55C; Side / Rear Surrounds: Totem Acoustic Tribe III / Tribe I; Amplification: D-Sonic M3a-2800-7 (7ch. x 400w)
ATMOS:
Definitive Technology DI8R; Amplification: Class D Audio SDS-470C (4ch. x 300w)
Subwoofers:
2 x SVS-SB13Ultras; Media: Oppo UDP-203, Pioneer CLD-59

Differences? Mostly stuff I don't care about (in my AVR-X4300H). The 4500 includes Auro3D. I believe that it has a different DAC than the 3600. There are some differences in inputs. I thought that the 4500 had different features for multi-zone, but it's not obvious from the online specs.

There's a thread on the choice between them, but it's not really helpful. https://www.avsforum.com/forum/90-re...3600h-buy.html There is one claim that the 4500 gives superior sound to the 3600, but color me skeptical.

Love my 3600. Not doing 11 channel myself but it’s been rock solid and advanced music steaming etc.

The 3600 will transmit blutooth as well.
