Choosing between Onkyo tx-585, tx-595, or tx-696

Anyone have a preference or opinions? I have a 3.1 system. The front floor speakers and center are Monitor Audio Bronze series. The sub is SVS PB-2000. Living room is about 17' by 22' by 8'. Budget is $500ish. I will mainly use it for movies and tv.

love the profile name....I have restored an 88, 90, 91, 92, 96, 97 and 2000 gsxr. I then got a 2001 tlr twin, oh boy that was a keeper!

So for the price, the rz820 is tough to beat if you do not need to expand past 7 channel. If you do, then the rz730 is on sale and has a ton of features, plus it can expand to 7.1.4 with 2 channel external amp. Both have full preouts for more power if you need it.

Thanks. I bought the 04 Gixxer brand new and kept her for about 10 years. Sold it and picked up an 03 Mustang Cobra. Very fun car! Maybe at some point in the future i'd like to get another bike.

Cool. I don't plan on expanding my system so I'll check it out. Thanks for the advice
