Eq set up with denon receiver/amp

I have a Denon AVR - 788 receiver / amplifier. I would like to hook an ADC sound shaper one ten IC equalizer through the Denon amplifier. Is that possible and if so how. There are no tape monitors that I can see on this amplifier so I don't know what to do next any help would be great thank you.

The only way to use outboard equalization with modern AVR’s is to add an outboard amplifier, and connect the EQ in the signal chain between the AVR and amp.
