Need your expertise to setup home theater system

Hi,
This forum came highly recommended by a friend regarding Home theater system. Currently, I am in process of buying a new home theater system and would love to get guidance from the experts.
I am fairly new to the speaker/audio and would love to get your insights (in detail if possible).

Requirement: Currently I have samsung smart TV and a google home and Alexa. I want to have the speaker system (Home theater) that connects with my TV but also be able to play my music from the phone (Spotify pandora etc)
Would want to get the best Quality home theater system between $1500 to $2000 USD.

Room size : Attaching the plan but here is the summary
Living Room Area: 205 sq ft approximately
Living Room Height : 8 feet 10 inches.
There is a french door to enter the next room from the living room - 4 ft 11 inches which is always open.

My TV is right above the fireplace (Fireplace never used).

Would love to know following
1. Which home theater system is sufficient for the area with a good quality ( 5 in 1? )
2. Which vendor should I consider?
3. Is wiring the most important aspect? If so how do you suggest going about it? (Brand, specification etc)
4. What should be the position of those speakers?
5. Do I need to alter the room to improve the sound quality or removing echo etc ?
6. Is the budget too much or too less in other words what should be my budget for a good quality sound experience? (Is $1500 to $2000 too much or too less?)

Do you have room above or below the TV for a center channel speaker?

There is never a "too much" budget!

Can you move your listening position away from the back wall more?

What is the percentage of music to movies?

Were you looking for 5 speakers and 1 sub or more?

is the ceiling flat or cathedral?

Ans: Not too sure I understand the question. backwall is a backwall cant go any farther than that.

What is the percentage of music to movies?
- 70% music - 30% movies

Were you looking for 5 speakers and 1 sub or more?
Ans : 5 in 1 is what I thought was sufficient for the area of the room unless you think its better to go with 7 in 1.

is the ceiling flat or cathedral?
Ans: Ceiling is flat.

Backwall is backwall but you dont have to sit all the way back against it. Sitting a bit away from the wall usually helps a lot, just as not having speakers up against the wall is good for almost all speakers.

"Away" from the back wall. In other words, move the couch towards the TV a few inches.
