Audio Confusion

Hi, I just purchased a new Panasonic Soundbar, an SC-HTB900 which supports Dolby Atmos. I found some Dolby Atmos demo files and I am delighted with the performance. I then found a whole lot more demo files but though these play on my Windows PC, on the soundbar there is no sound. I have a Panasonic TV (TX-50CX802B) and a Panasonic BD player (DMP-UB400). I have these connected to a My Cloud cloud storage system for media files. It all works perfectly with one set of demo files but no sound on the other.
I attach sample outputs from Mediainfo for each to compare. Can someone offer any guidance as to why one produces sound on my soundbar and the other does not. My setup must be O/K else neither set of demos would work.
Attached Files
File Type: txt mediainfo not working demo.txt (4.1 KB, 5 views)

Different formats. I assume one is compatible with the soundbar and the other is not. Dig into the user manual and see what formats are available to you.

It's a VIRTUAL channel unless stated otherwise.

Well I guessed it was formats but looking at the audio stream characteristics of each demo in Mediainfo none of it makes any sense to me. Can you advise as to how to change the audio in the "bad" one so that it works as it does in the "good" one? Would Handbrake be good for this and if so what should the audio output settings be? I want to retain the Atmos.
Thanks again...

O/K I've got around the problem. It appears the Amazon Fire TV Stick supports Atmos and I found a link that suggests downloading the VLC app to my Fire TV Stick and using that I can browse to the demo files on my server and they play perfectly!
Simples....
