Question Sample Test Track Files?

I have a mundane question. In the old days, I had a DVD to check that 5.1 sound was sent correctly individually to the speakers and the speaker polarity was correct. I think there were only two standards, better DTS 5.1 and compressed DD 5.1. In the new days, I no longer have a disc player. (not that I am cheap, but I hated the lon startup waiting times when I inserted a disc. the lawyers killed the joy for me.) Most of my video comes in from the Internet, typically HBO or Amazon Prime or Netflix. And there does not seem to be two audio standards but many.

where do I find test tracks that just operate one speaker at a time and then two speakers to test polarity? I do not want the helicopter circler. just pure channels. ideally, I could write the test files to a USB stick, insert it into my new TV as source material, and then run it to see what my rig can handle.

is this even possible? does it exist?
